Aider Polska Expands to Łódź Through Ground Frost Acquisition
Aider Poland
In March 2026, Aider Polska completed the first acquisition in its history, acquiring Ground Frost and Ground Frost Outsourcing. As a result of the transaction, Aider Polska begins operations in Łódź and expands its offering to include transaction advisory and financial modelling. This is a step that is genuinely reshaping the financial and accounting outsourcing landscape in Poland.

The past few months have been a period of intensive change for Aider Polska. Following its rebranding and joining the international Aider Group, the company has been consistently implementing its strategy of building a modern organisation providing comprehensive outsourcing services for businesses.
The next important step on this journey is the integration of Ground Frost and Ground Frost Outsourcing into Aider Polska. This is the first acquisition carried out by Aider Polska and, at the same time, an investment that strengthens both the team’s expertise and the company’s presence in the Polish market.
However, this is about much more than expanding the scale of our operations. The combination of the two organisations primarily means the ability to offer clients an even broader range of services, access to new areas of expertise and a larger team of experts supporting business growth.
The financial services and BPO markets in Poland are currently undergoing a period of intensive consolidation. Digitalisation, regulatory changes (including KSeF) and growing business expectations mean that organisations combining scale with modern technology are gaining a competitive advantage. However, at Aider Polska, we know that people will always remain at the heart of every technology.
The decision to combine the two organisations was not accidental. For years, both Aider Polska and Ground Frost have built their positions based on similar values – strong, partnership-based relationships with clients, high-quality services and the belief that people are the greatest asset of any organisation.
As Rafał Michniewicz, Managing Partner at Aider Polska, emphasises, choosing Ground Frost as the first company to join the group was not accidental:
For years, both our organisations have focused on building relationships based on trust and a partnership approach. The addition of the Ground Frost team is not only a natural extension of our expertise into areas such as transaction advisory and valuations, but above all a strengthening of our organisational culture. We invest in people who share our passion for creating modern outsourcing solutions.
Wojciech Kryński, Founder and Managing Partner at Ground Frost, also points to the significant benefits of joining forces:
Joining the Aider Group gives us the opportunity to take our services to a completely new level of scalability. We are combining our existing experience in advanced advisory and financial modelling with Aider Polska’s strong technological and organisational infrastructure. For our clients, this means access to a full spectrum of support under one roof.
One of the most important outcomes of the acquisition is the expansion of Aider Polska’s operations, which now has a physical accounting office in Łódź.
Until now, the company operated through offices in Warsaw and Katowice. By joining forces with Ground Frost, another location has been added to the Aider Polska map, allowing us to support businesses in central Poland even more effectively.
The presence of a local team means easier contact with clients, a better understanding of the specific characteristics of the regional market and the opportunity to build long-term business relationships.
At the same time, all Aider Polska services remain available remotely, enabling the company to serve clients throughout Poland as well as international businesses operating in the Polish market.
Modern accounting outsourcing is about much more than keeping the books or preparing tax returns. Today’s businesses need a partner who can support them in making key strategic decisions. By welcoming experts from Ground Frost’s Łódź accounting office to our organisation, we are significantly expanding our range of services to include transaction advisory.
An increasing number of companies are planning acquisitions, seeking investors, restructuring or selling their businesses. Such processes require not only knowledge of finance and tax, but also experience in risk analysis and preparing a business for a transaction.
From now on, our clients can rely on comprehensive support in areas such as:
As a result, Aider Polska is becoming a partner not only for the day-to-day accounting needs of businesses, but also for the delivery of strategic business projects.
The combination of Aider Polska and Ground Frost primarily brings tangible benefits to businesses.
Clients gain:
This is another step towards building an organisation that combines local market knowledge with international experience and a modern approach to supporting businesses.
The addition of Ground Frost and Ground Frost Outsourcing is an important stage in Aider Polska’s development, but above all, it is an investment in people, expertise and even better client service.
Expanding our operations to Łódź, developing transaction advisory services and growing our team of experts enable us to respond even more effectively to the needs of businesses – both those operating locally and international organisations developing their business in Poland.
This is another step in implementing Aider Polska’s strategy, which aims to build a modern organisation that supports business growth through knowledge, technology and partnership-based relationships.
