System Flexibility – Yours or Ours
We provide HR and payroll services on enova365 through two models—and it’s up to the client to decide which one best suits their situation.
If your company already uses enova365, we can work directly within your system. Our team logs into your environment and handles HR and payroll processes right where all your data, history, and configuration are already stored . We don’t require any migration or software changes.
If a company does not yet have a system or wants to separate its HR and payroll environment from its internal ERP, we provide services using our own enova365 license. The client gains access to the system’s full capabilities—e-files, employee dashboard, schedules, and electronic pay stubs—without having to purchase, implement, or maintain a license. We handle all of that.
Both models provide the same level of service and the same client access to data and reports.
