Scalable Outsourcing of Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll Services
A partner for businesses at every stage of growth
Companies are changing much faster than they were just a few years ago. New markets and products are emerging, along with acquisitions, reorganizations, investors, new reporting and compliance requirements, the expectations of investors and corporate groups, and new systems. What was sufficient not long ago often ceases to meet the organization’s needs after just a few years.
That is why, when designing our services, we assumed that they must be ready not only for the client’s current situation, but also for what the company will look like in one, three, or five years.
Not every company needs full outsourcing
Many clients come to us believing that outsourcing means handing over their entire accounting function or their entire HR and payroll department. In practice, things look different.
Some organizations entrust us with full accounting, HR and payroll, and reporting services. Others use only selected services, such as payment processing, consolidated reporting, tax filings, support with ERP implementation, or KSeF services.
Our goal is not to take over everything at any cost. Our goal is to take over those areas where we can realistically improve the security, quality, or efficiency of the organization’s operations. We always tailor the scope of our collaboration to the client’s needs.
We expand our range of services together with your company
Many companies begin their collaboration with a single process or a limited scope of services. Over time, new needs arise: a growing number of documents, new companies, new investors, group reporting, international expansion, entry into new tax jurisdictions, or the development of group structures.
In the traditional model, this often means having to seek out additional providers or build new capabilities within the organization. At Aider Polska, clients can expand the scope of their collaboration gradually, drawing on the various capabilities available within a single organization— without having to select a new partner each time and onboard them to the specifics of their business.
Scalability of Technologies and Systems
Organizational growth is very often associated with changes to systems and processes. That is why we do not limit our collaboration to a single technology environment.
We can work on the client’s systems, support the implementation of new solutions, integrate existing environments, and help build processes tailored to the next stage of development. Changing ERP systems, implementing new tools, or reorganizing processes does not require changing the partner responsible for financial services.
Flexibility Even During Restructuring
Growth does not always mean expansion. Sometimes organizations undergo restructuring, post-acquisition integration, changes in business models, or temporary scaling back of operations.
In such situations, the ability to scale back services is just as important as the ability to quickly expand them. Aider Polska’s operating model allows us to tailor the scope of our collaboration to an organization’s current needs—whether during growth, restructuring, or operational reorganization—without the need to build or downsize its own teams.
