The most important tool that our clients can use is the Enova365 system, which we use and supplement with expert add-ons.
Establishing and running a successful cooperation between the outsourcer and the Client largely depends on a carefully conducted implementation, preceded by an understanding of the needs and specifics of the enterprise. Therefore, when starting cooperation with the Client, we determine, among other things, the course of processes, the resulting division of tasks and roles, responsibilities and deadlines. A correlated issue is the scope and use of IT systems and tools. After analyzing the needs and specifics of each Client's operations, we recommend an optimal model of cooperation, including what tasks and functions will be performed in the Client's systems, and what will be performed in the HR system AiderPolska. In this way (through the cooperation model) we decide on the selection and configuration of the right components (modules of the Enova365 system) and functionalities to support the Client's business processes and needs, which we then make available to the target users.
Provision of functionality depends on the preferred model of cooperation developed: Specifically, customers can access the system in "view-only" mode and thus:
- track payroll calculation and analyze payroll results,
- view employee records and contact information,
- generate reports,
- monitor the validity of personnel documents
- schedule work,
- or use without limitation all available (listed above and assigned within the scope of authorizations) functionalities.
