Accounting Firm in Warsaw - Price List

Pricing of Services by an Accounting Firm

Are you looking for an accounting firm’s price list in Warsaw? Let’s get this out of the way right from the start: you won’t find a rigid “from–to” price table here without any context, and that’s on purpose - because a reliable accounting quote depends on how your business operates, not on a template.

Below, we explain exactly how we calculate the price and - more importantly - what you actually get for that price.

How We Price Our Services – Per-Transaction Model

We set our price based on the number of accounting transactions, not the number of hours the accountant works. This is a deliberate choice: billing by the hour means you pay more if someone works more slowly and you have no control over or insight into that. The per-transaction model is transparent and easy to verify: you know what you’re paying for before we start working together.

Approximate price range:

  • from 790 PLN net/month per company - for servicing a group of several companies with a small number of transactions (up to 20/month per company)
  • from 1,290 PLN net/month - for a single company with a small number of transactions (up to 20/month)
  • the number of transactions per month,
  • number of companies in the group (the more entities we serve collectively, the more favorable the price per company),
  • the nature of the business -  service-based companies are billed differently than manufacturing companies,
  • the level of process automation (see below),

Why Does the Effective Price Per Transaction Decrease as a Company Grows?

The rate listed above is the price for the entire package, not for a single transaction - but it’s worth understanding how these two figures relate to each other. The more transactions your company generates per month, the lower the effective cost per transaction - processing 200 transactions doesn’t cost ten times as much as processing 20, because some of the work (oversight, reporting, communication) doesn’t increase linearly with volume.

We’re also committed to lowering this effective rate as your company grows - as you expand, you should pay proportionally less per transaction, not more.

The second factor that lowers the effective price is automation. The more processes you already have automated - or the more you allow us to automate on your end (e.g., appropriate document workflows, integrations, standardized input data) - the less manual work is required for bookkeeping, which translates to a lower price per transaction.

What’s always included - regardless of company size

Many customers ask why we don’t have a “cheap basic package.” The answer is simple: we don’t offer a stripped-down version of our service. Every customer -from a small company to a large corporate group - receives the same high standard:

What sets us apart from the competition?

Unlimited communication. Emails, phone calls, meetings - as many as you need, with no extra charges. We believe that charging for every interaction leads to clients holding back on important matters for fear of a rising bill. We’d rather you tell us everything that’s important to your business.

Accounting system - yours or ours, the price stays the same

You can use your own accounting system or ours - the price stays the same. We believe that an IT system is secondary to business needs: this tool is meant to serve you, not the other way around, so we don’t use your choice of system as a basis for charging different rates.

Additional Fees You Should Know About

In addition to the fixed monthly fee, we charge two additional one-time or periodic payments:

  • Setup fee a one-time fee equal to one month’s service fee. This covers the cost of integrating your company into our processes and systems.
  • Year-end closing fee – charged once a year, averaging approximately one month’s service fee (the so-called “13th month”). It covers the additional work associated with year-end closing and reporting.

How the Pricing Process Works

  1. You contact us via the form or by phone.
  2. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with additional questions about your business.
  3. Depending on your preference: you’ll either fill out a short email survey or we’ll schedule a meeting - both paths lead to a specific quote tailored to your business.
