Katowice Accounting Services - Pricing

Price List for an Accounting Firm in Katowice

How much does an accounting firm in Katowice cost? Instead of providing a ready-made table, we’ll show you exactly how we calculate the price and why we do it that way—so you can estimate for yourself what price range your company will fall into.

A cobblestone street

Pricing per transaction, not by the hour

We bill based on the number of transactions, not an hourly rate. This way, you know upfront what you’re paying for—and you don’t have to cover the costs if a particular matter takes someone longer to handle.

Approximate starting point:

  • from 790 PLN net/month per company when servicing several companies within a group, up to 20 transactions/month per company,
  • from 1,290 PLN net/month for a single company, up to 20 transactions/month

The price increases or decreases depending on: the number of transactions, the number of entities in the group, the type of business (service-based vs. manufacturing—the latter typically requires more accounting work), the level of process automation, and the language scope of the service (PL or PL+ENG).

Effective rate per transaction—the larger the company, the lower the rate

The price ranges provided apply to the entire package, not to individual transactions, but the relationship between them is significant: as the volume of transactions increases, the effective cost per transaction decreases, because part of our work—oversight, reporting, and customer service—does not increase proportionally with the number of documents. We deliberately lower the effective rate as your company grows, rather than sticking to a rigid “per-item” pricing structure.

The second factor is automation —the more automation you already have in place, or the more you allow us to standardize and automate your document workflow, the less manual work is required and the lower the price per transaction.

What's Included in the Price – No Exceptions

We don’t have a “limited version” for smaller companies. Every client of our Katowice office receives exactly the same high standard:

  • Unlimited contact— emails, phone calls, and meetings—with no extra charges and no time limits. We believe that good communication shouldn’t come at a cost, because otherwise clients start withholding important information.
  • Daily posting of documents and bank statements, not “at the end of the month in a rush.”
  • Full integration with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) included in the price.
  • Tax settlement and reporting —VAT, CIT—as well as reporting to the Central Statistical Office (GUS), with no separate fees.
  • Month-end closing and a full set of reports included in the price.
  • A manager with a dedicated team and their own email address—a specific person responsible for your company.
  • English-language support included in the price, useful for reporting to a foreign parent company.

Your system or ours—no impact on the price

We work on both our clients’ systems and our own— and the rate is the same in both cases. We treat the system as a tool to support your business, not as a basis for price differentiation.

Additional Fees

In addition to the fixed monthly fee:

  • Setup feea one-time charge equivalent to one month’s service fee.
  • Year-end closing fee —charged once a year, on average amounting to approximately one month’s service fee.
