Accounting Firm in Łódź – How Much Does Accounting Cost?

Before we give you a price range, let’s clarify one thing: we don’t have a one-size-fits-all price list, because the accounting work for a one-person company with just a few invoices a month is completely different from that of a manufacturing company with hundreds of transactions.


Below, we’ll show you exactly what factors determine the price and what’s always included in it.

Billing based on transactions, not on the accountant’s time


We price our service based on the number of transactions per month—this is a transparent and easy-to-verify model, unlike hourly rates, where you have no control over how much the “clock” will actually run up.


Approximate starting point:


  • starting at 790 PLN net/month per company —for a group of several companies, up to 20 transactions/month per company,
  • from 1,290 PLN net/month —for a single company, up to 20 transactions/month

The final price depends on: the number of transactions, the number of companies in the group, the nature of the business (service or manufacturing), the level of process automation, and the scope of language services.

Why isn't the transaction fee fixed, and why does it decrease?

The range given above applies to the entire package, but the effective cost per transaction depends on volume—the more transactions per month, the lower the unit price, because part of our work (oversight, reports, client contact) grows more slowly than the number of documents. As your company grows, we’re ready to lower this effective rate—it’s a natural consequence of scale, not something you need to negotiate with us.


Automationworks similarly : the more processes you already have automated, or the more we can automate together with you (e.g., document workflows, data integrations), the less manual work is required and the lower the effective price per transaction.

What's always included in the price


Regardless of the size of the company, the standard of service is the same:


  • Unlimited contact —emails, phone calls, and meetings are all included in the price, with no time limits. We don’t want you to wonder whether calling us is “worth it”—we’d rather know everything that’s important to your business.
  • Daily posting of documents and bank statements.
  • Full integration with KSeF included in the price, with no additional fees.
  • Tax calculation and reporting— VAT, CIT—as well as reporting to the Central Statistical Office (GUS) are included as standard.
  • Month-end closing and a suite of reports included as standard.
  • A manager with their own team and a dedicated email address.
  • Service in English at no additional cost.
  • Setup fee —a one-time charge equal to one month’s service fee.
  • Year-end closing fee —once a year, on average approximately equal to one month’s service fee.


The accounting system does not affect the price


Whether we work on your system or ours, you pay the same amount. For us, the system is a tool that serves your business needs, not a factor that determines the price.


Additional fees


In addition to the fixed monthly fee:


  • Setup fee – a one-time fee equal to one month’s service fee.
  • Year-end closing fee –charged once a year, on average approximately equal to one month’s service fee.
