Our clients can also remotely and on an ongoing basis access personnel files in electronic form, from a so-called e-file. 24/7 from any location, you can search based on multiple criteria (including metadata), view, print, and generate to PDF the contents of a selected file. Various views are available for browsing: tabular for spreadsheet proponents and tree-based for those who prefer a traditional folder layout

In this way, we eliminate the circulation of paper documents, reduce the time for approval of a leave request, and speed up the provision of information (each employee has access to his or her leave balances, and each supervisor can track the use of his or her subordinates' leave in real time).
