How did the history of Aider Polska (formerly MDDP Outsourcing) begin?

The story of any strong brand begins with courage, vision and a few people who believe that things can be done better. That was the case in 2007, when the MDDP Outsourcing Office was established in Warsaw. Six people, premises on Książęca Street and an ambitious plan to create modern accounting services - based not only on knowledge, but also on a partnership approach to the client.

Years later, it turned out that the direction was more than right - in 2026, MDDP Outsourcing Poland turned into Aider Polska and became one of the leaders in accounting and payroll outsourcing, no longer only in Poland, but in all of Northern Europe. What that path looked like - we've written about it below.

The development of MDDP Outsourcing and the road to Aider Group

We started intensively - already in the first year of operation came a landmark project. We comprehensively supported the launch of a new bank in Poland, handling accounting and HR and payroll processes in more than 100 branches simultaneously. It was a moment of trial, which quickly turned into the first big success. And successes - as is often the case - create new opportunities.

The company grew along with its clients, the team expanded year by year, we built new specialties and services. In 2011 we opened a branch in Katowice and launched the Controlling department, responding to the growing needs of customers.

In 2012, we took a decisive step towards digitization - we implemented an electronic document workflow and established a specialized Data Processing Team. At a time when the market was just getting used to digitalization, for us technology became a natural direction of development. In 2020 - despite the global pandemic - we were able to fully remotely and securely support our customers with the highest quality standards, thanks to our earlier technology and processing investments.

In 2023, we have achieved what we have worked hard for - we have become one of the largest outsourcing companies in Poland - with a team of more than 250 people, an ever-growing client portfolio and advanced technology solutions that truly support the business.

Our consistency and ambition to grow have also been recognized by external entities - in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 (four times in a row!) we were awarded the Forbes Diamondtitle , awarded to the most dynamically growing companies in the market.

In addition, in 2025 we also became a laureate of the Business Gazellesranking - a list distinguishing companies that steadily and responsibly increase their value and scale of operations.

New stage: MDDP Outsourcing becomes Aider Polska

The company's intensive and consistent development was noticed not only on the Polish market, which led to a transaction in 2025, as a result of which MDDP Outsourcing Poland was bought by the Aider Group and changed its name to Aider Polska. Aider Group is one of the fastest-growing accounting and technology companies with a presence in Norway, Denmark and Sweden, backed by the Castik Capital fund.

In just a few years, Aider has become one of the leaders in the Norwegian market, building an organization that combines accounting, payroll, consulting and advanced system solutions. When he began his international expansion, Poland - a dynamic market with huge potential and mature, ambitious companies - became a natural direction.

The merger of MDDP Outsourcing with Aider was no accident. We share similar business thinking: investment in people, technological courage, and the belief that accounting and HR and payroll can be more than a regulatory obligation.

This is how Aider Poland was born - an organization that combines Polish experience and knowledge of the local market with international scale, technological background and capital for further development.

An evolution that is accelerating

Today, Aider Polska is a team of several hundred experts in Warsaw and Katowice, supported by an international group of more than 2,200 specialists in Northern Europe. That's access to advanced ERP environments, extensive consulting expertise and experience from the Nordic markets - some of the most digital in the world.

Since 2007, one thing has remained constant. At the center is still people - our customers and employees. Technology is the tool. Scale is an opportunity. Capital is the fuel. But competence, commitment and partner relationships remain the foundation of everything we do.

From a small office on Książęca Street to an international group. From a local team to Aider Poland. It wasn't a revolution. It's a consistent evolution - which is gaining even more momentum.
