The history of our company is more than twenty years of dynamic development, building a strong team of experts and continuous improvement of services to our clients. Since our inception in 2007, we have consistently developed our organization, implemented new technologies and expanded our scope of competence.
The following calendar presents the most important moments that shaped our path and led us to the next stage of development - activity within the international Aider Group.
| 2007 | An idea born of dreams and experience begins to become a reality, that is, the MDDP Outsourcing Office is officially established. At that time, the company's headquarters are located on Książęca Street in Warsaw, and our team consists of just 6 people. |
| 2008 | We face our first demanding task - we help a new bank opening its operations in Poland, providing comprehensive support for the accounting, HR and payroll processes related to the launch of its operations in more than 100 branches at the same time. |
| 2009 | Time and dedication build our experience, so that the company continues to grow, and the team of MDDP Outsourcing specialists now includes more than 30 people. |
| 2010 | We carry out more and more orders thanks to referrals from satisfied clients. Our office is no longer sufficient for our growing team, so we move to new premises in Warsaw's Solec district. |
| 2011 | We start providing accounting and payroll services in Silesia - in Katowice at 11 Sobieskiego St. We also create a Controlling department. |
| 2012 | We provide companies with Electronic Document Workflow - Flexi Workflow system and create a specialized Data Processing Team. |
| 2013 | Developing services for large entities, we expand the organization with specialized departments: the Settlement Department and the VAT Department. |
| 2014 | We already employ more than 80 people and move the Warsaw office to larger premises at 69 Prosta Street. |
| 2015 | We serve more than 250 clients from various industries and provide a new automated solution - an online delegation and business trip calculator. |
| 2016 | MDDP Outsourcing gains an established position on the market. We already employ more than 100 specialists in accounting, HR and payroll. |
| 2017 | We create a dedicated IT department to develop proprietary solutions to streamline accounting, HR and payroll processes. |
| 2018 | The Controlling team prepares 500 financial statements for one entity flawlessly and on time. The IT team creates the first robot based on artificial intelligence. |
| 2019 | The team exceeds 170 people. The Warsaw office moves to the SPARK B building at 173 Solidarności Avenue. |
| 2020 | Despite the global pandemic, we effectively support our clients with technological solutions and remote work. |
| 2022 | The team is made up of more than 200 specialists. The Katowice office moves to the Face2Face Business Campus complex. |
| 2023 | The team exceeds 250 specialists. We receive an award from Forbes magazine and introduce more automation and new system functionality for clients. |
| 2024 | Our team exceeds 300 specialists. Once again, we receive prestigious awards, including Forbes Diamonds, confirming the company's dynamic growth and strong position in the outsourcing services market. |
| 2025 | This is a landmark year in the company's history - we join the Norwegian Aider Group, one of the fastest growing consulting and accounting organizations in Europe. Joining forces opens up new development opportunities for the team and our clients. |
| 2026 | A rebranding takes place - MDDP Outsourcing becomes Aider Polska. The new brand emphasizes our affiliation with the international group and further development towards modern consulting and technology services. |
