Large enterprises are entities that have had a long, often challenging development path. Ultimately, these entities have developed advanced and unique, specific (including industry-specific) requirements for HR and payroll management processes and schemes (policies, procedures, authorizations, role assignments). They reflect how to address such challenges as recruitment - development / turnover, MBOs programs, budget planning, integration, training, career paths, etc. on a daily basis. Often in these types of companies, the scale of day-to-day tasks and responsibilities is so large that HR administration and payroll calculations cease to be a key area of work for HR teams.

At Aider Polska (MDDP Outsourcing), we have been responding to the needs of large clients for years, supporting them in payroll and HR services, implementing the individual standards or specifications of particular processes given to us. We offer each Client a personalized approach, adequate to the degree of needs and the integration and development of application systems.
For clients who have been implementing and improving specialized and inter-integrated IT solutions and systems (ERP, workflow, portals, cafeterias, timekeeping systems) for years, we offer to work within their IT environment.
Our cooperation with clients can also be based on a mixed model, where the main part of the service is carried out using systems used and provided by Aider Polska (MDDP Outsourcing) (e.g. HR and payroll system, employee portal). However, for the remaining tasks, we work using the client's systems (e.g., working in the aforementioned cafeteria-type systems or benefit systems).

However, to fully meet the needs of customers(depending on the selected model of cooperation), we provide a wide range of additional support solutions as fundamental from the point of view of a large company as well as complementary - facilitating daily cooperation.   • We consolidate data from multiple sources ourselves - we do not require the preparation of one aggregate file with data for monthly billing
  • We prepare ready-made files for direct posting of payroll in the Client's system
  • We offer secure channels for data and document exchange, but without the need for imposed systems for communication
  • We support multiple models for preparing employee payroll transfers
  • We use automation to notify Clients, e.g., of expiring documents
  • We use elements of process control to ensure the quality of services provided
  • We will carry out with the least possible involvement of the Client the migration of data to our HR and payroll system (in the case of a service using Aider Polska (MDDP Outsourcing) systems.
