- Our clients can also remotely and on an ongoing basis access personnel files in electronic form, from the so-called e-file. 24/7 from any location, you can search based on multiple criteria (including metadata), view, print, generate to PDF the contents of the selected file. - Online HR and Payroll also means that leave requests can be submitted and accepted electronically. In this way, we eliminate the circulation of paper documents, reduce the time for approval of a leave request, and speed up the provision of information (each employee has access to his or her leave balances, and each supervisor can track the use of his or her subordinates' leave in real time).
- As part of the HR and payroll online package, we also provide an employee portal. Each employee, through its functionality, can submit the above-mentioned vacation requests, view their data, receive PIT documents or so-called "pay slips".
