Large enterprises are entities that have had a long, often challenging development path. Ultimately, these entities have developed advanced and unique, specific (including industry-specific) requirements for HR and payroll management processes and schemes (policies, procedures, authorizations, role assignments). They reflect how to address such challenges as recruitment - development / turnover, MBOs programs, budget planning, integration, training, career paths, etc. on a daily basis. Often in these types of companies, the scale of day-to-day tasks and responsibilities is so large that HR administration and payroll calculations cease to be a key area of work for HR teams.

At Aider Polska (MDDP Outsourcing), we have been responding to the needs of large clients for years, supporting them in payroll and HR services, implementing the individual standards or specifications of particular processes given to us. We offer each Client a personalized approach, adequate to the degree of needs and the integration and development of application systems.

For clients who have been implementing and improving specialized and inter-integrated IT solutions and systems (ERP, workflow, portals, cafeterias, timekeeping systems) for years, we offer to work within their IT environment.

Our cooperation with clients can also be based on a mixed model, where the main part of the service is carried out using systems used and provided by Aider Polska (MDDP Outsourcing) (e.g. HR and payroll system, employee portal). However, for the remaining tasks, we work using the client's systems (e.g., working in the aforementioned cafeteria-type systems or benefit systems).

HR and payroll package online

For those large companies that choose to use our systems , we offer all or selected elements of our HR package online.

- We give the Client's HR employees access to a view of all data and the functionality to generate a report. If the model of cooperation preferred by our clients assumes independent performance of HR tasks by them, and entrusting us with payroll tasks, in such a case we prepare the system to perform HR tasks and operations by the client's employees, directly in our system
- Our clients can also remotely and on an ongoing basis access personnel files in electronic form, from the so-called e-file. 24/7 from any location, you can search based on multiple criteria (including metadata), view, print, generate to PDF the contents of the selected file. Various views are available for browsing: tabular for spreadsheet proponents and tree-based for those who prefer a traditional folder layout.
- Online HR and Payroll also means that leave requests can be submitted and accepted electronically. In this way, we eliminate the circulation of paper documents, reduce the time for approval of a leave request, and speed up the provision of information (each employee has access to his or her leave balances, and each supervisor can track the use of his or her subordinates' leave in real time).
- As part of the HR and payroll online package, we also provide an employee portal. Each employee, through its functionality, can submit the above-mentioned vacation requests, view their data, receive PIT documents or so-called "pay slips". Thanks to this, we minimize the working time spent on administrative support for employees and at the same time increase their comfort on dealing with their own HR matters.
