We give the Client's HR employees access to a view of all data and the functionality to generate a report. If the model of cooperation preferred by our clients assumes independent performance of HR tasks by them, and entrusting us with payroll tasks, in such a case we prepare the system to perform HR tasks and operations by the client's employees, directly in our system

Our clients can also remotely and on an ongoing basis access personnel files in electronic form, from the so-called e-file. 24/7 from any location, you can search based on multiple criteria (including metadata), view, print, generate to PDF the contents of the selected file. Various views are available for browsing: tabular for spreadsheet proponents and tree-based for those who prefer a traditional folder layout.

Online HR and Payroll also means that leave requests can be submitted and accepted electronically. In this way, we eliminate the circulation of paper documents, reduce the time for approval of a leave request, and speed up the provision of information (each employee has access to his or her leave balances, and each supervisor can track the use of his or her subordinates' leave in real time).

As part of the HR and payroll online package, we also provide an employee portal. Each employee, through its functionality, can submit the above-mentioned vacation requests, view their data, receive PIT documents or so-called "pay slips". Thanks to this, we minimize the working time spent on administrative support for employees and at the same time increase their comfort on dealing with their own HR matters.

- We support multiple models for preparing employee payroll transfers
- We use automation to notify Clients, e.g., of expiring documents
- We use elements of process control to ensure the quality of services provided
- We will carry out with the least possible involvement of the Client the migration of data to our HR and payroll system (in the case of a service using Aider Polska (MDDP Outsourcing) systems.
