How does the XML financial statement reader work?

The free XML financial statement viewer is used to open and view electronic statements before sending them to the KRS. It is a fast and secure way to read the contents of the financial statements. To meet the needs of our clients, the reader generates one complete document containing both XML tables and read attachments.

Submission of financial statements to the National Court Register is a key moment of the reporting period, so it is worth reading the e-report before it is sent. The e-report reader allows you to present the contents of the XML file in PDF format. The file prepared in this way can be opened and read using publicly available programs (such as Adobe Reader or MS Office or Libre Office packages). We recommend the reader to anyone who wants to check the correctness of the prepared report in electronic form.

The program allows you to read individual financial statements quickly and securely only through a browser, so your financial data is not stored or processed in any way by external entities. This allows you to freely view the XML e-report without the risk of disclosing any information.

**NOTE: the reader does not support reports prepared in thousands of zlotys.
