Contents of the package

- We enable HR employees to view all data and generate reports. If the model of cooperation preferred by our clients assumes independent performance of HR tasks by them and entrusting us with payroll tasks, we prepare the system for independent performance of HR tasks and operations by the client's employees directly in our system.
- Our clients can also remotely and on an ongoing basis access personnel files in electronic form, from the so-called e-file. 24/7, from any location,you can search based on multiple criteria (including metadata), view, print, and generate to PDF the contents of a selected file. Different views are available for browsing: tabular for spreadsheet proponents and tree-based for those who prefer a traditional file layout.
- Human Resources and Payroll Online is also the ability to electronically submit and accept vacation requests. Inthis way, we eliminate the circulation of paper documents, reduce the time for approval of vacation requests, and speed up the provision of information (each employee has access to his or her vacation balances and each supervisor can keep track of his or her subordinates' vacation usage in real time).
- As part of the Human Resources and Payroll Online package, we also provide an employee portal. Each employee, through its functionality, can submit the above-mentioned vacation requests, view their data, receive PIT documents or so-called "pay slips." This minimizes the amount of time spent on administrative support for employees, while increasing their comfort in accessing their own HR documents.
