Benefits of the employee portal
In a modern organization, speed and convenience of access to data are of fundamental importance for the comfort of servicing employees as well as continuous improvement of intra-company work efficiency. We understand this and we enable our clients' employees to use specialized software - employee portal for self-service. Software that has implemented best practices (e.g. worklfow) developed for self-service searching and checking the necessary information, as well as electronic submission of requests such as vacation, or downloading documents (slips, PIT).
This way of working automates the most common, repetitive activities and thus allows to reduce the time of resolving cases, eliminate piles of paper documents. It also helps make employees more independent in performing administrative tasks, getting answers to questions, and can radically simplify and shorten the time of document distribution, thus reducing the cost of handling employees. Employees themselves benefit by not having to communicate with the HR department, and the HR department itself also receives far fewer inquiries, thus being able to engage in daily and project-based tasks.

Let us address the individual needs of each company and its users each time, selecting and providing specific features out of the many possible functionalities from among those through which an Employee can:
- check the available vacation limit,
- submit electronic leave requests, which are forwarded in workflow to the manager (the system supports workflow, in which the supervisor accepts or rejects the requests), submit requests in accordance with the Labor Code for scheduled and occasional leave,
- submit requests for remote work - remote work is not an absence, but there are annotations on the employee's work calendar that the employee performs work from home,
- track status changes of submitted and pending leave requests,
- view time and overtime data,
- check the expiration date of medical examinations and health and safety training,
- have access to monthly slips, or annual PIT11 documents (we also distribute this type of distribution to designated e-mail addresses).

The employee portal is also made available to managers. Your HR department, scheduler manager managing production resources. from the application can perform a number of tasks, including:
- check the available vacation limit,
- submit vacation requests, which are forwarded in the workflow to the manager,
- view working time and overtime data,
- check the expiration date of medical examinations and health and safety training,
- view salary amounts,
- print various types of personnel reports, pay slips and annual payroll card,
- review the data of subordinate employees,
- approve vacation requests, which will go to the main HR Payroll module as employee absences,
- enter norms and values of actual working time,
- complete execution statements for civil law contracts concluded with settlement: Rate per hour,
- schedule work,
- print reports supporting personnel management.
