What is a financial statement converter?

Converter of financial statements to the form of JPK files is a solution whose task is to translate the file of financial statements prepared in the traditional form into XML structures in accordance with the current technical specification.

The obligation to send to the National Court Register financial statements in electronic form (as of October 1, 2018) applies to Entities that are registered in the National Court Register in the Register of Entrepreneurs. Pursuant to Article 45 of the Accounting Law, these companies are required to submit electronic financial statements in the appropriate format and extension(XML file) according to the logical structures published by the Ministry of Finance.

The software supports the publication of XML e-reports and covers the full range of information and disclosures required by the logical structures of JPK SF files provided by the Ministry of Finance.

Completing the information comprising the introduction to the financial statements, including the description of accounting principles (policies),
entering financial data for the current and comparative period, in accordance with the reporting layout appropriate to the type of company's report (Small Unit, Other Unit, Consolidated Other Unit, Insurance Company),
completing the supplementary information form for income tax calculation,
importing attachments in the form of PDF files containing additional notes to the financial statements,
generating the final XML file containing all the above indicated information.

An additional advantage of the conversion program is the possibility to import part of the data from the XML report from the previous year.
